Innovation and Support Officer, Equipop
Jeanne Fournier holds a master's degree in business administration from HEC Montréal and a specialized master's in international development and project management from the University of East London. Jeanne has been working at Equipop since 2018, as an innovation and support officer. As part of her work, she supervises consortiums of local CSOs in the implementation of projects and provides them with technical support in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and capitalization. She is also working on the effective participation of women and young people in decision-making bodies at the community level in a project in Senegal.

The Jeunes en Vigie program aims to address gaps in the availability and accessibility of quality SRHR services for young women by integrating a feminist and human rights perspective into its social audits. This feature story on the Jeunes en Vigie program is one of the three implementation stories selected for a 2024 series on expanding comprehensive sexual and reproductive health access, developed by Knowledge SUCCESS and WHO/IBP Network.
