Secretary and Chief Talent Team Leader, Society for Pre and Post Natal Services (SPANS)
Linos Muvhu, Family Therapist, is Chief Talent Team Leader at Society for Pre and Post Natal Services (SPANS). He also the African Ambassador of International Father’s Day and the founder of the International Conference on Maternal Mental Health in Africa (ICAMMHA). In his role, he provides leadership of the organization; establishing and defending the organizational mission and vision; supporting and supervising the organization’s team members; providing financial oversight and planning; overseeing and supporting strategic planning; developing sustainable resources; managing or overseeing internal controls and risk management; monitoring the organization’s activities and portfolio; monitoring and enhancing the organization’s image; and reviewing the team’s performance.
The Knowledge SUCCESS team recently spoke with Linos Muhvu, Secretary and Chief Talent Team Leader at the Society for Pre and Post Natal Services (SPANS) in the Goromonzi District of Zimbabwe, about the links between mental health and family planning and reproductive health.
