With an MBA in Health Economics from CESAG in Dakar and a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Bordeaux IV, she is committed to ensuring access to quality sexual and reproductive health services for all in all contexts. She has particular expertise in the development and evaluation of strategic programmes on reproductive health issues (maternal and neonatal health, planejamento familiar, adolescent reproductive health). Finally, she works on data production through programme costing and investment files to support advocacy and communication with public policy makers and other development actors. Oumou is currently a PhD student at the School of Public Health of the University of Montreal. Her research focuses on the challenges and opportunities in terms of governance and sustainable financing of the introduction of self-care in primary health care in Senegal.
