Senior Manager, Advocacy
Sandy Garçon is Senior Manager, Advocacy at Population Services International (PSI), where he manages a portfolio of advocacy initiatives primarily focused on menstrual health and self-care for sexual and reproductive health. Consequently, he coordinates the Secretariat of the global Self-Care Trailblazer Group and leads the SCTG’s Advocacy Working Group. He also oversees strategic communications and outreach for PSI’s HIV/TB department and programs. Sandy has over a decade of advocacy and communications experience in the non-profit, public relations agency, and institutional sectors.
