Shannon Davis joined the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs in 2013. She primarily supports Knowledge SUCCESS' knowledge management efforts using her background in website organization, content management, and writing. She's done a variety of things in government, higher education, and nonprofit settings, but most of them have involved writing and websites. Frequent activities include writing, researching, proofreading, Googling, learning new words, making great websites better, and drinking coffee. Shannon holds a Master of Fine Arts in Writing and Poetics from Naropa University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Towson University.
