Sarah V. Harlan, MPH, est une championne de la santé reproductive mondiale et de la planification familiale depuis près de deux décennies. Elle est actuellement responsable de l'équipe des partenariats pour le projet Knowledge SUCCESS au Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs. Ses intérêts techniques particuliers incluent la population, la santé et l'environnement (PHE) et l'amélioration de l'accès aux méthodes contraceptives à action prolongée. Elle est co-fondatrice de l'initiative de narration Family Planning Voices (2015-2020) et dirige le podcast Inside the FP Story. Elle est également co-auteur de plusieurs guides pratiques, dont Building Better Programs: A Step-by-Step Guide to Using Knowledge Management in Global Health.
