Trinité Zan
Associate Director of Research Utilization, FHI 360
Trinity Zan, MA, currently Associate Director of Research Utilization (RU) at FHI 360, has over 20 years of experience working in international women’s issues in sub-Saharan and Francophone Africa, with most of those years focused on family planning (FP) and reproductive health (RH). She has deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and knowledge brokering, including dissemination/advocacy of evidence-based practices to policy makers and program implementers at the international, regional and national levels. Ms. Zan has worked alongside researchers and stakeholders to design, adapt, implement and monitor and evaluate evidence-based FP/RH interventions and she has developed a variety of knowledge and communication products (peer-reviewed articles, technical briefs, presentations, blogs, guidance documents) intended to facilitate research uptake. She is also Deputy Director for RU on the Research for Scalable Solutions (R4S) project, which is implementing research and RU related to FP/RH in a number of countries.
