The Inside the FP Story podcast explores the fundamentals of designing and implementing family planning programming. Increasing investments in emerging technologies across low- and-middle income countries have created unprecedented opportunities to leverage digital innovations to enhance voluntary family planning programs. In particular, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to gain new insights into family planning and optimize decision-making can have a lasting impact on programs, services, and users. Current advances in AI are just the beginning. As these approaches and tools are refined, practitioners should not miss the opportunity to apply AI to expand the reach of family planning programs and strengthen their impact.
From October 2021 through December 2021, members of the family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH) workforce based in francophone sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean convened virtually for the second Knowledge SUCCESS Learning Circles cohort. The cohort focused on the topic of meaningful youth engagement in FP/RH programs.

Le thème principal était la mobilisation significative des jeunes dans les programmes de PF/SR.
In the final year of SHOPS Plus, we used an approach to arrive at key themes for our last year. We will use the themes as a framework to organize our learning across the project. The steps below are not, of course, the only way to organize learnings, and they are a work in progress. We will know how well the framework holds up once we get further into programming our events. What follows is a behind-the-scenes look at how our project got ready for the whirlwind of its last year.
