E2A was implemented by a consortium of global health partners across 17 countries from 2011-2021. USAID’s global flagship project for strengthening family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH) service delivery, E2A spent those ten years advancing high-quality services that improved reproductive health and contributed to reductions in unintended pregnancies and gender disparities.
