Si Brian Mutebi ay isang award-winning na mamamahayag, development communication specialist, at women's rights campaigner na may 17 taon ng solidong karanasan sa pagsulat at dokumentasyon sa kasarian, kalusugan at karapatan ng kababaihan, at pag-unlad para sa pambansa at internasyonal na media, mga organisasyon ng civil society, at mga ahensya ng UN. Pinangalanan siya ng Bill & Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health na isa sa "120 Under 40: The New Generation of Family Planning Leaders" sa lakas ng kanyang journalism at media advocacy sa family planning at reproductive health.
