Si Elizabeth (Liz) Tully ay isang Senior Program Officer sa Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs. Sinusuportahan niya ang kaalaman at mga pagsisikap sa pamamahala ng programa at pakikipagtulungan sa pakikipagtulungan, bilang karagdagan sa pagbuo ng print at digital na nilalaman, kabilang ang mga interactive na karanasan at mga animated na video. Si Liz ay mayroong BS sa Family and Consumer Sciences mula sa West Virginia University at nagtatrabaho sa knowledge management para sa family planning mula noong 2009.
