Pinangunahan ni Nandita Thatte ang IBP Network na matatagpuan sa World Health Organization sa Department of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Research. Kasama sa kanyang kasalukuyang portfolio ang pag-institutionalize sa papel ng IBP upang suportahan ang pagpapakalat at paggamit ng mga interbensyon at alituntunin na nakabatay sa ebidensya, upang palakasin ang mga ugnayan sa pagitan ng mga kasosyong nakabase sa larangan ng IBP at mga mananaliksik ng WHO upang ipaalam ang mga agenda sa pagsasaliksik sa pagpapatupad at pagyamanin ang pakikipagtulungan ng 80+ miyembro ng IBP mga organisasyon. Bago sumali sa WHO, si Nandita ay isang Senior Advisor sa Office of Population and Reproductive Health sa USAID kung saan siya ay nagdisenyo, namamahala, at nagsuri ng mga programa sa West Africa, Haiti at Mozambique. Si Nandita ay mayroong MPH mula sa Johns Hopkins School of Public Health at isang DrPH sa Prevention at Community Health mula sa George Washington University School of Public Health.
