Usimamizi wa Maarifa na Kiongozi wa Ushirikiano wa Jamii, Amref Health Africa

Irene ni mwanauchumi wa kijamii aliyeimarika na mwenye tajriba ya zaidi ya miaka 13 katika utafiti, uchanganuzi wa sera, usimamizi wa maarifa, na ushiriki wa ushirikiano. Kama mtafiti, amehusika katika uratibu na utekelezaji wa zaidi ya miradi 20 ya utafiti wa kiuchumi wa kijamii katika taaluma mbalimbali ndani ya Ukanda wa Afrika Mashariki. Katika kazi yake kama Mshauri wa Usimamizi wa Maarifa, Irene amehusika katika masomo yanayohusiana na afya kwa kufanya kazi na afya ya umma na taasisi zinazozingatia teknolojia nchini Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda na Malawi ambapo amefanikiwa kuibua hadithi za athari na kuongezeka kwa mwonekano wa afua za mradi. . Utaalam wake katika kuendeleza na kuunga mkono michakato ya usimamizi, mafunzo aliyojifunza, na mbinu bora zaidi unaonyeshwa katika miaka mitatu ya usimamizi wa mabadiliko ya shirika na mchakato wa kufungwa kwa mradi wa USAID| DELIVER and Supply Chain Management Systems (SCMS) mradi wa miaka 10 nchini Tanzania. Katika mazoezi yanayoibuka ya Ubunifu Uliozingatia Binadamu, Irene amefaulu kuwezesha mwisho chanya wa kumaliza uzoefu wa bidhaa kupitia kufanya tafiti za uzoefu wa mtumiaji huku akitekeleza USAID| Mradi wa DREAMS miongoni mwa wasichana balehe na wanawake vijana (AGYWs) nchini Kenya, Uganda, na Tanzania. Irene anafahamu vyema uhamasishaji wa rasilimali na usimamizi wa wafadhili, hasa katika USAID, DFID, na EU.
