Heather Hancock, Senior Program Officer at the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs, is a social and behavior change specialist with background in reproductive health and family planning. Her areas of expertise include integration of social and behavior change and service delivery, provider behavior change, capacity strengthening, online community management, materials development, and curriculum development. She currently works with the Breakthrough ACTION project to improve the practice of social and behavior change for service delivery and leads SBC self-care efforts. She is also a member of the capacity strengthening team.
