One of the themes we heard from participants during our April Kickoff meeting was youth and adolescent access to accurate SRH information. During our June meeting, we will explore young people’s comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) knowledge preferences and needs, including:

• The SRH information youth are looking for, and how AYSRH professionals share it
• How youth determine what is considered credible information
• Who gets to share knowledge and who is perceived as being an expert
• How AYSRH professionals ensure that their information is accessible and what platforms are best for this

We encourage all members to attend and actively participate.

As you may already know, the NextGen RH CoP is supported by our dedicated youth co-chairs who are passionate about AYSRH and are committed to providing technical leadership in the effective implementation of AYSRH programs. Our advisory committee members also bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, and we are grateful for their contributions to this CoP.

We recognize that we have a diverse group of general members, and we value your input and participation in this CoP. Our focus is on strengthening collective efforts to advance the field of AYSRH and provide a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capacity building to creatively develop solutions to common and emerging challenges. We are also committed to developing and supporting AYSRH’s best practices and promising approaches.
