This tool is intended for ministries of health (MOHs), civil society, and other stakeholders to ensure adequate response to the needs and rights of adolescents, including how the health system acknowledges and addresses gender barriers and opportunities that influence adolescents’ receipt of quality care. The tool is currently available in English and Spanish.
